Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us by sending an email to [email protected]. In your email, please include the following information:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
  2. The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on our website.
  3. Your contact information, including your name, email address, and telephone number.
  4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted work is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Response to Infringement Claims

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA infringement notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the user who posted the content of the infringement claim and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notification must include the following information:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the federal district courts located in California if your address is outside of the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or an agent of such person.
